Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end business planning for renewals, persistency, surrender management, and onboarding controls.
  • Build and maintain advanced dashboards and MIS reports to track key KPIs.
  • Perform root-cause analysis of surrenders and design interventions to reduce them.
  • Develop predictive models and propensity scoring for customer retention strategies.
  • Support digital initiatives like autopay win-back, BOT targeting, and customer segmentation.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate in Statistics, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 812 years of experience in Analytics, Business Planning, or Performance Management, preferably in Insurance/BFSI.
  • Hands-on expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL) and statistical modeling.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance operations (renewals, persistency, surrender, onboarding).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
