**Job Title: CDP - Continental**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook continental cuisine, ensuring dishes meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff under your section.
- Assist in menu planning and development, including portion sizes and food cost control.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to innovate and introduce new dishes.
- Handle guest dietary requirements and special requests professionally.
- Minimize kitchen waste and optimize resource usage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a continental kitchen.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution preferred.
- Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
