Discover Resorts, Karjat (250 rooms) features 2 kitchens, a pantry & bar, a food court, 3 restaurants, 4 banquet spaces, and a convention centre. We host 10,000 guests every month, serving over 40,000 meals across multiple cuisines.

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Chaat Cuisine. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in Delhi's hotels or restaurants, bringing the authentic taste of Delhi's iconic street food to our guests.

As CDP, you will manage the chaat section, preparing and presenting signature dishes such as gol gappa, aloo tikki, dahi bhalla, raj kachori, and pav bhaji. You will maintain authenticity, quality, and consistency across daily service, buffets, and banquets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the chaat section, ensuring authenticity and taste consistency.
• Prepare and present high-quality Delhi-style chaats.
• Guide and train commis chefs in chaat cuisine.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
• Support menu planning for restaurants and banquets.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years' culinary experience with a focus on chaat/street food.
• Proven professional experience in Delhi's food industry.
• Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management.
• Age: Below 35 years.
