Chef de Partie (South Indian Cuisine) Discover Resorts, Karjat

Discover Resorts, Karjat (250 rooms) features 2 kitchens, a pantry & bar, a food court, 3 restaurants, 4 banquet spaces, and a convention centre. We host 10,000 guests every month serving 40,000 meals across multiple cuisines.

We are hiring a Chef de Partie (CDP) South Indian Cuisine. We are looking for a passionate chef with hands-on experience in authentic South Indian dishes and professional work exposure in Bangalores culinary scene.

As CDP, you will manage your own section, prepare and present high-quality South Indian dishes, and maintain authenticity in taste and presentation across restaurants, banquets, and buffets. You will also mentor Commis chefs, uphold food safety standards, and support menu innovation for weddings and large events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cook and present authentic South Indian cuisine (dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, and regional specialties).
• Ensure consistency, taste, and quality across all outlets.
• Supervise and train junior chefs in South Indian cuisine.
• Maintain hygiene and HACCP standards.

Requirements:

• 36 years professional culinary experience.
• Proven work experience in Bangalore restaurants or hotels.
• Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management.
• Age: Below 35 years.
