**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process

**Location**: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Shifts**: Night Shifts (Based on International Time Zones)
**Experience**: 6 Months - 1 years

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused **Customer Service Executive** to handle international voice-based interactions. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from international customers.
- Assist customers with queries related to products, services, or complaints.
- Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Prior experience in a voice process (international or domestic) is an advantage.
