**Job Title**: Customer Support Representative

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

**Shifts **:US shifts ( 8pm-5am with drop off services ) Australian shifts (5:30am-2pm with pickup services )
**Location**: Sector 5

**Overview**:
We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting customers with their needs, offering exceptional solutions within a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and timely completion of the Sales target
- Engage customers to gain a deep understanding of their issues and requirements and provide recommendations on suitable solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong customer relationships through exceptional service and regular follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Highly desirable to have previous experience as an International Sales Executive
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and have experience in US or Australian Shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with outbound sales process.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary package of INR 3.5 lakhs per annum, complemented by performance-based bonuses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
