In combination, we have previously worked at Samsung Korea, MIT Media Labs, CMU Robotics, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Samsung Research, GE Research, Qualcomm Research, etc.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales folks to join our dynamic team in India. As an Inside Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting our solutions effectively, and closing sales deals.

**Responsibilities**:
Qualify leads and conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the challenges and requirements of prospective clients.
Articulate the value proposition of Shipsy's solutions and demonstrate how they address specific pain points and deliver tangible benefits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Shipsy's capabilities and features.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations to close sales deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven 1+ years of track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in English
Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related industries is advantageous.
