Maventra is a Software as a Service (SAAS) AI-powered cloud-based Learning Experience and Skill Development Platform for companies & educational institutes with tools to manage, deliver, and track all online learning and training initiatives." - Eagerness to learn about the company's products and their capabilities. - Develops customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn. - Ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Sound Knowledge of MS tools. - Good Communication skills. **Responsibilities-** - Giving Demos to the Clients. - Visit the customer for a product demo or explanation/ training. - Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to clients who use the company product, replying to inbound queries. - Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades. - Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager. - Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. **Location**: Chinchwad, Pune **Job Types**: Full-time, Internship Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Location**: - Pune, Maharashtra (required) Willingness to travel: - 50% (preferred) Work Location: In person
