Urgent Opening for the role of "Client Service Executive" From E-commerce & B2B Print Sales.

Job Responsibilities:

- Be a point of contact to place orders on online portal as per the zone assigned as well ensure orders go out on time
- MIS, reporting and creating monthly invoices
- Following marketing activities like collecting User Feedback, creating and dispatching user certificates etc
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of sales and outstanding, adjusting receipts on the portal
- Followup for collections on case to case basis

Education and Skill sets:

- Diploma / Graduate in any field
- Min 2+ years of work experience in Customer Servicing
- Knowledge in Print Sales is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
