**Key Responsibilities as a Hair Trainer is to**:

- Perform regular in-salon training
- Develop training plans and calendars
- Ensure salon team develop necessary skills and product knowledge
- Enable team to represent company in the best way
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching
- Manage and train salon trainers; generate monthly reports
- Keep abreast with the latest industry & market trends

**To be a successful Hair Trainer, you need to have**:

- Strong market knowledge, preferably with international exposure
- Experience as a hairdresser and a Hair Trainer
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service, presentation, and training skills

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
