We are looking for Hair Expert & Trainer for our Corporate Office based out at Mumbai.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a versatile Hair Expert & Trainer who can seamlessly blend expertise in haircare with marketing and customer engagement responsibilities. This role requires an individual with strong technical skills, a creative mindset for social media content, and the ability to support on-ground training when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consultation & Styling**:

- Provide professional hair consultations and styling for social media content creation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned hair content.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Act as the expert face of the brand on social media platforms.
- Participate in live sessions, tutorials, and Q&A events to engage with the online audience.
- **Content Creation**:

- Assist the marketing team in creating innovative and engaging haircare-related content.
- Share insights on trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance content quality.
- **Customer Support**:

- Proactively address and resolve customer queries and complaints related to haircare products or services.
- Provide professional recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
- **On-the-Job Training (OJT)**:

- Offer hands-on training and mentorship to Beauty Advisors (BAs) and retailers as needed.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions and technique demonstrations to enhance their skills.
- **Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align training, content creation, and brand objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest haircare trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Qualification & Skills**

**Educational Background**:

- Certification or Diploma in Hairdressing/Styling or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years in professional haircare, styling, or training roles.
- Experience in content creation or brand representation is an added advantage.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency in haircare consultations, styling techniques, and product knowledge.
- Familiarity with social media trends and content creation tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Creative and adaptable mindset to cater to diverse responsibilities.

**Other Requirements**:

- Passion for haircare and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Willingness to travel for on-ground training and events when required.
