Are you a creative and experienced hairstylist with a passion for teaching? Join us as a Hair Academy Trainer In this role, you’ll guide students through foundational and advanced hairstyling techniques, equipping them with the skills to succeed in the beauty industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions on hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Create and execute lesson plans aligned with industry standards and trends.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise practical sessions to ensure skill mastery.
- Mentor students, track their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep the curriculum updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in hair care and styling.
- Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.
- Ensure all training sessions adhere to health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 -3 years of professional hairstyling experience, with a portfolio of work.
- **Education**: Certification from a recognized cosmetology or hairdressing institution.
- **Skills**: Expertise in hairstyling, coloring, and cutting-edge techniques; strong communication and presentation skills.
- **Preferred**: Prior experience in teaching or training roles.
- **Passion**: Dedication to educating and inspiring others in the beauty industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
