P-TAL runs on three fundamentals - developing an organised market to promote the craft legacy of Thatheras, creating designs for urban consumers and leveraging contemporary marketing to sell traditional art. Eating in brass and copper vessels has been practised in India for years. Considered beneficial for health, these vessels are expensive & harder to maintain and have lost the favour of the masses in modern times. P-TAL aims to change that and bring back people to the rich old traditions so that people make the ‘right’ choice, not the easy one.

Role: Marketing Operations Intern

Location: Delhi, In Office

Duration: 3 Months

**Position Overview**:
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in marketing operations, Influencer management, and brand optimisation within a growing brand. You will handle various responsibilities to ensure effective content creation and marketing operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Brainstorm new ideas of content creation specifically for meta and Google ads
- Support content creation for marketing materials, including reels, larger campaigns, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and update the content calendar.
- Manage P-TAL’s influencer pool and build a great relationship with them.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.

**Requirements**:

- Skillful in understanding and strategising brand marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow with us.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
