**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day assigned operations tasks to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate cross-functionally to complete assigned tasks and goals which would also include work related to sales and marketing.
Assist the management team in developing and implementing operational initiatives.
Update and maintain performance metrics.
Conduct internal and external engagements to enhance and support marketing efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
Ensure proper coordination with team members.
Participate in weekly review meetings with the team.
Collaborate with reporting managers, business heads, and internal teams to achieve tasks and goals.
**Requirements**:
Currently in final year or graduate.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to learn and take on challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
