**JOB OVERVIEW**

As a Sales Representative, you will be a key player in driving property sales for our company. This role requires expertise in cold calling, excellent communication.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Execute strategic cold calling campaigns to identify and engage potential clients.

2. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through effective communication.

3. Conduct property presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our real estate offerings.

4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

5. Actively pursue leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximise sales opportunities. 7. Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and competitor activities.. 8. Meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of proactive outreach and responsiveness.
9. Participate in networking events and industry functions to expand the client base.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

1. Bachelor's degree required(in any field).

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3. Professional and formal demeanour suitable for client interactions.

4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.

6. Access to personal transportation (vehicle) for fieldwork.

7. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
