**Job Title: PPC Expert - META Ads Specialist**

**Location**: Dwarka, Delhi

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM; Alternate Saturdays (working)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize META ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) across multiple accounts to achieve performance goals (leads, conversions, sales, etc.).
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to ensure campaigns are targeted effectively.
- Develop, test, and refine ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for maximum performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.), providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine campaigns and improve overall results.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in META ads and digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
- Regularly report on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all expectations are met or exceeded.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
- Provide guidance on audience insights and the development of targeted campaigns that cater to clients' unique needs.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns on META platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong understanding of paid media strategies, bid management, and ad platform algorithms.
- In-depth knowledge of META Ads Manager and other advertising tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Expertise in creating, testing, and optimizing ad creatives (images, videos, copy, and landing pages).
- Experience in remarketing, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to both clients and internal teams.
- A self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
