**Opportunity:

- Drive engineering rhythm of the business & Operational excellence
- Budget planning & tracking - fiscal year / mid-year / qtrly. Partner with cross functional teams to create and manage functional plans and budgets such as opex management and maintenance of budget books on headcount (teams app), Interns, Consulting, Cloud hosting, Licensing, capex, etc.
- Managing capex committee, ordering process, tracking and approval for engineering
- Managing contractor budgeting & forecasting, tracking, SOWs & POs, vendor management
- Analyzing hiring and attrition trends and forecasting future hiring while working with finance and recruiting team
- Track resource allocations and investments for R&D by key strategic initiatives & projects
- Partner closely with HR and Talent acquisition teams on various cross functional operational initiatives such as in hiring efforts, AOP management.
- Interfacing with Legal and Tax team
- managing patent filing process for R&D
- R&D Tax credit
