- Performs complex operation tasks per predefined processes.
- Supports day-to-day sales operations transactions (e.g., Partner creation/update, data validation, data quality maintenance) and reporting (e.g., Performance reports, Partner data reports).
- Helps resolve mínimally to moderately complex partner issues (e.g., contact/user flow issues, portal tool access) and proactively follows-up (mail, calls, chat) to assist partner account operations managers and Partner Business Managers.
- Handles multiple low to moderately complex Partner accounts as per KPI.
- Assists other departments and support groups (e.g., internal sales, audit, operational support, contracts, CDM, L&R, delivery) by reporting routine issues to the appropriate roles.
- Enters partner data and maintain partner data quality in the tools. Communicate stakeholders on the status of the transaction in a timely and efficient manner and escalates issues to higher levels.

Education and Experience Required:

- Two year university degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 2-4 years of experience in a related field.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Good communication skills. Fluency in English and local language mastery.
- Some knowledge of internal processes and policies.
- General understanding of local legal compliance issues.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Developing teamwork skills.
- Developing time management skills.
