Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure team is connecting with prospective architects & Interior designers on behalf of clients from the building material industry.
  • Ensure the team is scheduling appointments for clients with designers regularly.
  • Ensure team is following set processess of fetching meetings, maintaining client worksheets etc
  • Participating in onboarding sessions, review meets.
  • Ensure team follows-ups with architects and designers to handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure the team is directly interacting with Clients from different building material industries like Marble, stones, furniture, lights, home automation, etc.
  • Ensure the team maintains accurate records of operational activities.
  • Ensure the team is coordinated with internal team members to ensure operational alignment.
  • Ensure the team is collaboratively working with team members.
  • Ensure teams daily and monthly reports are accurately maintained and submitted on time.
