**Role & responsibilities**
- Review of Tender Documents - BOQ, Technical Specifications GCC & SCC
- Quantity Surveying,
- Experience in Rate Analysis, Tender Costing etc. in must.
- Prepare BOQ & Proposals for Design Build Proposals.
- Vendor Development (Identify and prequalify Subcontractors, Labour Contractors, Suppliers etc.).
- Maintain Vendor Database of Material Rates / Labour Rate/ Suppliers / Subcontractors
- Obtaining Quotations from Subcontractor / Vendors / Suppliers. Review and Scrutiny.
- Prepare Running Bills and Interact with Client / Consultant for Certification.
- Checking & Certification of Sub Contractors Running Bills
- Final Contract Closure - Client and Subcontractors.
