Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with expertise in Design 2020 and Bluebeam software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating accurate cost estimates, takeoffs, and project proposals for cabinetry, millwork, interior design, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Design 2020 to prepare accurate kitchen, bath, and interior design layouts and proposals.
  • Use Bluebeam Revu for digital takeoffs, plan reviews, and project estimating.
  • Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • Prepare material lists, cost breakdowns, and labor estimates for bids and proposals.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and sales teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with value engineering options and cost-saving solutions.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and update estimate databases.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, millwork, cabinetry, or interior design.
  • Proficiency in Design 2020 and Bluebeam Revu (required).
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, material takeoffs, and cost estimating.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • [Optional] Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
