Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates, and quotations for MEP projects.
  • Conduct rate analysis and prepare comparative statements for tender evaluation.
  • Develop BOMs (Bill of Materials) and estimate costs based on design specifications.
  • Create proposals and tenders by preparing necessary documents such as technical submissions, drawings, and reports.
  • Participate in customer meetings, design review processes and projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost estimation and budgeting.
  • To evaluate changes & review estimation to ensure accurate project development
  • Engage in proposal and contract negotiations as needed. Manage documentation for all proposals and orders. Vendor Management/Coordination.
  • Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office Suite (Excel), Navisworks Simulate & Analyse.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • experienced & Sound knowledge on HVAC, MEP and Govt Projects' Design, costing & estimation
  • Good communication skills
  • Having good experience on costing & estimation patterns
  • Having good Job knowledge and methodology of bidding procedures
  • Ready to travel to other projects for site inspection, meetings & for all important client meetings, etc. whenever required
  • having good contacts with more relevant suppliers in HVAC industry
  • Having Autocad knowledge is preferred
  • Dynamic & self driven
