**Key Responsibilities**:
As a full-time Relationship Executive for SAAS or Marketing Agency, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential customers, promoting products, addressing customer concerns, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate records. This is an on-site role located in Noida Sector - 01.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Understand client needs and provide innovative solutions within the industries.
- Goods and Social Media Marketing space.
- Fluent in English
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful marketing campaigns and projects.
- Monitor client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of Digital Marketing Agency / Software Industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience in the software IT sales or Digital Marketing industry is a plus
