We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Executive with a proficiency in managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping to achieve the client's objectives. This position requires a combination of marketing knowledge, communication skills, and excellent client service abilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business goals, challenges, and needs.
- Create and manage digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects tailored to each client's specific objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop effective strategies that align with the client's goals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding their expectations.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to client management.

**Experience**

6 months to 1 year (In Digital Marketing industry)

**Location**

Noida Sector 62

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
