About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our affiliate onboarding process and nurture client relationships. This role bridges communication between clients, affiliates, and internal teams - ensuring seamless onboarding, smooth coordination, and strong long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and affiliates.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and support.

Affiliate Onboarding:

  • Handle end-to-end onboarding of new affiliates, including registration, verification, and setup.
  • Ensure affiliates understand campaign guidelines, performance expectations, and tracking systems.
  • Assist in troubleshooting tracking, payment, or integration-related queries.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track client and affiliate performance metrics regularly.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and increase ROI.
  • Share periodic reports and insights with the management team.

Coordination & Documentation:

  • Maintain updated records of client and affiliate information.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and tech teams for smooth campaign execution.
  • Handle escalations professionally and ensure quick resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, affiliate marketing, or account management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic affiliate tracking platforms.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
