**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage with potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Client Meetings**: Visit clients in person to present products, conduct demonstrations, and close deals.
- **Negotiate deals**: Negotiate prices and payment terms with the clients.
- **Build Relationships**: Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new ones.
- **Meet** **Sales Targets**: Work towards Monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in field sales, preferably in B2B Marketplace.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven ability to generate leads, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment.
- **Travel Readiness**: Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.

Pay: ₹9,816.74 - ₹25,000.00 per month
