**1. Purpose of the Role**
The primary objective of the Field Sales Executive/Engineer is to identify sales opportunities, perform technical site assessments, provide solar energy solutions, and ensure successful sales closures across residential, commercial, and industrial customers, contributing to the company’s business growth in compliance with ISO-defined sales procedures.
**2. Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and follow up on leads for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Conduct site visits to understand the feasibility of solar installations.
- Explain technical, financial, and environmental benefits of solar systems to prospective customers.
- Prepare and present customized proposals including cost-benefit analysis and return on investment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop design and technical solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain detailed documentation of leads, meetings, site visits, and proposals as per ISO standards.
- Report daily and weekly activities and performance to the reporting manager.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated with new government policies, incentives, and technology trends in the solar sector.

**5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Number of qualified leads generated and converted into sales
- Percentage of sales target achieved
- Quality and accuracy of site survey reports and proposals
- Timely reporting and compliance with SOPs
- Customer satisfaction and feedback
**6. Authority**
The Field Sales Executive is authorized to meet clients on behalf of the company, collect site-specific information, submit standard proposals within approved pricing limits, and liaise with internal departments for technical and commercial support.
**7. Responsibility**
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for conducting all field-level sales activities, client follow-ups, proposal submissions, and achieving assigned targets in compliance with organizational sales procedures and ISO standards.
**8. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)**
The individual must follow safety guidelines during all site visits. This includes using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to company’s health and safety protocols, and immediately reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents.
**9. Training and Development**
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
