**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain all IT equipment including PCs, printers, servers, and networking devices.
- Perform regular system and database backups; ensure data can be restored when needed.
- Monitor and configure firewalls to ensure secure and reliable network access.
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems across all systems.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Conduct routine system checks and troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
- Perform basic Microsoft SQL Server operations, including scheduled backups and restore procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, networking, and IT hardware.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including backup and restore functionality.
- Understanding of firewall configuration and IT security practices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
