Job Title: Assistant Manager - CASA Role

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 1-4 years

Age Range: 21-30 years

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in banking with a focus on CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) sales.

Educational qualification in finance, business, or a related field.

Proven track record of achieving CASA sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in CASA.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Valid bike and license for local travel.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve CASA sales targets.

Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to meet objectives.

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers to drive business acquisition.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective promotional campaigns.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CASA sales.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to promote retention and satisfaction.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
