Computer Operator

**Job Title**: Computer/Data Entry Operator

**Location**: Perundurai, Erode District, Tamil Nadu, India
**Industry**: Textile & Fabric Export (Yarn Dyed Fabrics)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data related to orders, inventory, dispatches, and production in software systems (e.g., Tally, Excel, ERP, etc.)
- Maintain accurate digital records of fabric types, yarn counts, dyeing schedules, and packing lists.
- Generate and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and export orders.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Assist in tracking and reporting stock levels, order status, and shipment details.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data at all times.
- Support senior staff with any additional administrative or documentation tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a têxtile or manufacturing environment.
- **Skills**:

- Good typing speed with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of têxtile terminology (e.g., yarn count, GSM, weave types) is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil and basic English; Hindi is a plus for export communication.
- **Other Qualities**:

- Honest, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
- Willing to learn and adapt to changing export procedures or digital tools.

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
