**About Impactshaala**:
Impactshaala is an early-stage startup currently developing its MVP. The platform is specifically designed for students and educational institutions to reach their full potential by discovering and engaging in meaningful projects and opportunities across education, social impact, and personal and professional growth categories. It’s a platform like linkedIn but with different purposes.

**Role Overview**:
As a key member of the Founder's Office, you will be working closely with the founder and senior leadership team. This role is designed to prepare you for the potential promotion to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) position, contingent on performance over a six-month period.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the founder in daily operations, strategic planning, and execution of company initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support business development and growth strategies.
- Coordinate and manage key projects, ensuring alignment with Impactshaala's mission and goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across team members and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external purposes.
- Identify and address operational challenges, proposing innovative solutions.
- Support in building and nurturing partnerships with target audience of Impactshaala

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred educational degree in entrepreneurship or related fields.
- Holds a good experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for social impact and innovation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
