As part of the **Executive Founder’s Office**, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless management of activities and operations aligned with the founder's vision. This is a full-time, on-site position that demands exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to uphold the institute’s values and mission.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Operational Management
- Manage daily operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.

2. Communication Coordination
- Serve as a key liaison between the Founder’s Office and internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

3. Administrative Support
- Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements for the Founder.
- Maintain organized records, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access.
- Prepare reports, perform data analysis, and handle detailed documentation.
- Ensure proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for day-to-day tasks.

4. Project Management
- Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Track project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

5. Representation & Strategic Communication
- Represent the Founder’s Office in interactions with stakeholders and partners.
- Effectively convey the founder’s vision and strategic goals during key engagements.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or professional certifications in a related discipline will be an added advantage.

**Professional Experience**:

- **With experience of 5 + years.**:

- **Prior experience in executive support, office management, or related roles.**:

- **Familiarity with the education sector is a strong plus.**

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
