
Hiring Executive Assistant for Founder’s Office

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Founders is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the Founders. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Reports to CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management
- Travel Arrangements
- Administrative Support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-level executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Startup experience preferred.
- Has handled other projects apart from the core EA job role.
Work Mode: Work from Office
Work Location: Bangalore (St. Marks Road)
Timings: Usual Office hours 10.00am to 6.30pm (Monday to Saturday)
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
