**About the Role**:
Snazzy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive Assistant to join our Founder's Office. This role is ideal for freshers passionate about learning the intricacies of building and scaling a profitable business. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in monitoring daily KPIs, assisting with hiring and onboarding Field Dental Sales teams across 40 cities, and supporting the Founder in scaling operations into new territories.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** KPI Monitoring**: Track and report daily productivity metrics for various teams, ensuring goals are met and identifying areas for improvement.
- ** Recruitment & Onboarding**: Assist in the hiring process for Field Dental Sales teams, including opening new territories and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- ** Team Culture & Management**: Foster a strong culture within the sales teams, motivating them to perform at their best and ensuring they remain focused and driven.
- ** Founder Support**: Act as the right hand to our Co-Founder, providing support in daily operations and strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the business.
