As an **Executive Assistant (Founder’s Office)**, you’ll work directly with the Founder to drive strategic, operational, and creative initiatives across the organization.
This is a hybrid role combining **executive assistance, project management, and business operations** — ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced creative environment.
We are a fast-growing **video production and digital marketing agency** working with some of **India’s largest hospital chains and healthcare brands** — including Manipal Hospitals, Narayana Health, Sparsh Hospitals, and more.
Our team creates high-impact video content and digital campaigns that shape how healthcare organizations communicate with millions. We operate at the intersection of **strategy, creativity, and execution**, and we’re now looking for a driven professional to join us at the **Founder’s Office**.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Executive Support & Operations**
- Act as a strategic extension of the Founder — managing schedules, communications, and daily priorities.
- Track ongoing initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups and deliverables.
- Coordinate between internal teams (production, marketing, accounts) for smooth workflow execution.
**Project Management**
- Oversee the lifecycle of video and digital marketing projects from briefing to delivery.
- Create and maintain project timelines, task trackers, and client update sheets.
- Ensure production and post-production milestones are met across multiple projects.
- Liaise with clients for feedback, deliverables, and scheduling approvals.
**Process & Efficiency**
- Identify workflow gaps and suggest operational improvements.
- Assist in documentation, reporting, and building scalable systems for the agency.
- Manage administrative tasks like contract tracking, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Communications, or equivalent field.
- 1-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, or Notion).
- Prior exposure to creative agencies, production houses, or startups preferred.
