We are looking for someone who will be reporting directly to the Founder’s Office, the Executive Assistant will provide executive, administrative, and developmental support to the Founders and the Senior Leadership Team. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication for the Founder’s Office and serves as a liaison to the senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Founders including: managing several active calendars of appointments.
- Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel related meetings.
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the executive team's schedules are followed and respected
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the executive team and external contacts.
- Works closely and effectively with the Founders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence.

- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows
- through on all projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures under Founder’s observation.
- Two to four years of experience working in the same or similar role.

- Good organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Ability to work with a broad range of people including the Senior leadership team, Board members, colleagues of the Founder’s and staff, and others.
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint; Presentation skills will be an added advantage.
- Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
