Involve was founded by IIT Graduates Divanshu & Samyak, who left their placements to build their dream. Through Involve, we are re-imagining education by building agency in school students, targeting 1 million students in the next five years. We do that by leveraging a peer learning-teaching-based approach. The approach emanates from our belief in "Kids first" and our key design principles: Co-created with students, Led by the students & participation by choice.

So far, we have **directly worked with 22000+ students across India**, improving their learning outcomes (39% from the baseline to Endline, maths) and the sense of ownership & leadership with our programs. Our core program of Peer Teaching has students in their formative years of age of 12-16 teacher and mentor their juniors in public schools.
