JD for** Founders Office **at **Involve Learning Solutions Foundation** **A brief about us**: Involve was founded by IIT Graduates Divanshu & Samyak, who left their placements to build their dream. Through Involve, we are re-imagining education by building agency in school students, targeting 1 million students in the next five years. We do that by leveraging a peer learning-teaching-based approach. The approach emanates from our belief in "Kids first" and our key design principles: Co-created with students, Led by the students & participation by choice. So far, we have **directly worked with 22000+ students across India**, improving their learning outcomes (39% from the baseline to Endline, maths) and the sense of ownership & leadership with our programs. Our core program of Peer Teaching has students in their formative years of age of 12-16 teacher and mentor their juniors in public schools. We have also seen great improvement in the learning culture of the school, teenage behavior, etc. We are backed by some prominent institutions like the Central Square Foundation, Nudge Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, Wells Fargo, and TFIx, to name a few. On this next phase of our journey, we are looking for individuals who have the zeal to work with our leadership team to realize this vision We’re looking for someone who has mastered multi-tasking and thinking on their feet and is looking to get a ring-side view of how to grow an organization **Key Responsibilities**: - ** Strategic Planning and Execution**: - Collaborate with the founder and leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for scaling the organization's impact. - Conduct secondary research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends in the non-profit sector. - ** Program Development and Management**: - Work with the leadership team and key team members on the development of new initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. - Support the implementation and execution of programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact. - ** Partnership Building**: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate partners, and other non-profit organizations. - Explore and establish partnerships that enhance the organization's reach and influence. - ** Financial Management**: - Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure fiscal responsibility in line with scaling objectives. - Identify and pursue funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to support the organization's growth. **Why you should join us**: **1) **Mental Health**: We offer a supportive space for our team members to prioritize mental health.
