**About the Brand**
We are an emerging lifestyle D2C brand in the fashion and accessories industry, committed to delivering unique and trend-setting products. As we prepare for expansion, we are seeking our first key hire—a versatile and driven Business Associate for the Founder's Office. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing the strategic initiatives, helping the Founder manage day to day operations and ensuring seamless operation including but not limited to vendor management, research, marketing. He/She will hold responsibilities across all functions to begin with and develop into a seasoned professional and take responsibility into a core function within the next 2 years before in an area of interest within the firm.
**Responsibilities**:Every day will be different, with an opportunity to learn and grow each day
- **Performance Management**:The founder's office is responsible for monitoring the company's performance against its strategic objectives. This involves developing KPIs, tracking progress against those KPIs, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that the company is on track to meet its goals.
- **Vendor and Manufacturer Coordination**: Manage relationships with vendors and manufacturers, overseeing product development, quality control, and timely deliveries.
- **E-commerce Platform Management**: Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, and order fulfilment.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee the smooth running of daily operations, including logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory management
- **Customer Experience Management**: Ensure a seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout, including managing customer inquiries and feedback.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Management or similar roles in a D2C Brand and/ E-commerce platform (preferable), Client Servicing role in an advertising or media house
- **Education**: MBA (must) - Marketing, Operations or a related field.
- **Skills (mandatory)**:MS Office Skills - exceptional in excel, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Communication - verbal and written, Negotiation skills, Knowledge of Marketing platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Skills (Good to have): Interest in Fashion & Accessories industry
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
