Job Summary:
**A) Qualifications and Experience**

❖ Educational Qualifications: Graduation is a must, Preferably MBA in Marketing.

❖ Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience writing proposals on online education and training services or similar relevant industry

❖ Ability to edit and personalize the text to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability. Strong time management/prioritization skills.

❖ Strong writing skills - US English.

❖ Excellent in providing attention to detail.

❖ Excellent in the use of MS Word and MS Excel.

❖ Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines

B) **Roles & Responsibilities**:
❖ Analyze RFP requirements to write, answer, organize, and edit proposal content.

Create and manage a process that includes a timeline for completing RFPs in a timely fashion that incorporates required internal reviews.

❖ Practice all necessary proposal submission procedures, processes, and deadlines.

❖ Complete understanding of the RFP purpose, requirements and expectations, and the proposal format.

❖ Assemble and/or write the final text, exhibits, and supporting documents in response to RFPs.

❖ Meets proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for gathering information, writing, editing, and transmitting drafts for review. ❖ Attend pre-proposal and proposal evaluation meetings to understand the requirements and improvements for future submissions.

❖ Serve as owner and curator of proposal document development - templates, standard content, infographics, etc., necessary for each RFP response.

❖ Preemptively identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivering a winning proposal

**Compensation Offered**: As per the company / industry standards or based on the interview performance of the applicant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
