Ramaiah Institute of Management (RIM) is on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Proposal Writer to join our team. This role is pivotal in securing new business opportunities by crafting compelling proposals that align with the training needs of corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret solicitation documents, requests for proposals (RFPs), and requests for quotations (RFQs) to comprehend the unique requirements and objectives of each opportunity.
- Develop comprehensive proposal outlines, compliance matrices, schedules, and templates in accordance with RIM standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct research, write, edit, and proofread all sections of proposals, ensuring clarity, consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Manage multiple proposal assignments concurrently, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.
- Ensure the final proposal document is of high quality, compliant, responsive, and persuasive, meeting customer expectations and evaluation criteria.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Ability to decipher complex technical and management requirements and articulate them into clear, concise, and compelling proposal content.
- Familiarity with the proposal development lifecycle, industry best practices, and standards.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with keen attention to detail, grammar, syntax, and style.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with proposal management software and tools (e.g., Qvidian, Privia, SharePoint) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive and professional attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
