**Job Description Summary**: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the Talent Acquisition lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping hiring manager find quality talent on time while working in close collaboration with Sourcing specialist. Being aware of latest market/talent trends and sharing knowledge with key stakeholders is critical in building trust and adding value as a business partner. You will assist in driving best practice across the talent acquisition life cycle.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
In this role you will be responsible for
- Building understanding of business area and developing positive relationships with designated business area stakeholders/ hiring managers
- Initiate intake meetings to better understand their hiring needs, job specifications and set expectations.
- Review and release job postings to ensure that they are compliant as per GE Healthcare guidelines.
- Host and participate in hiring events and job fairs
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing and assessment tools as per need
- Adhering to the company’s compliance guidelines.
**Educational Qualifications**
- Masters/Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 1+ Years of relevant experience..
**Desired Characteristics**
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Key Skills: Stakeholder Management, Organizational and time-management, Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Technology Skills: Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, word, ATS/Workday, LinkedIn
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
