**Job Title: Hospitality Corporate Sales Executive**
**Location**: - Gurgaon
**Position Type**: Full Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our services.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and pricing with corporate clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts and improve service delivery.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts; provide regular reports to management.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and establish connections.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and corporate client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
