**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Female MBA (Sales & Marketing) to join our growing team in Mohali. In this role, you will be key in driving sales of our IT software solutions, helping businesses unlock the power of Business Process Automation.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas.
- Conduct need assessments and product demonstrations to identify customer pain points and propose solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.

**Qualifications**
- MBA degree in Sales & Marketing (fresher to 2 years of experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and business process automation concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
