**Job Details**
- Title: Customer Support Executive
- Working Days
- 5 days a week
- Fix Weekends OFF
- Shift timings(Night Shifts) - 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
- Salary - Open to Discussion.
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with Recruiters
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods
- Meet personal service team sales targets
- Keep records of interviews given by the consultant
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage recruiters
**Skills required for the job**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Articulate speaking skills.
- Persistent attitude.
- Ready to learn attitude.
- Strong Follow up Skills.
