**Position Title** : Customer Support Executive

**Required Skills**:

- Any Grad. With good command over English
- Willingness to work in shifts

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Support will be coordinating with International clients.

2. Transaction and Application Monitoring

3. Co-ordination with Concerto Technical team for Issues related transaction processing.

4. Ensure EOD and related reports are generated successfully

5. Monitoring and alerting on the reduced Success Ratio

7. Preparing / Sharing Daily, Weekly & monthly transaction reports

**Salary**: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
