As part of our development we are looking for Five (05)**:UI/UX Designer Interns (Figma) (H./F)**

Type of contract**: Three (03) month internship (not remunerated)**

Time**:09:00 to 17:00 -**Break**:1 hour between 12:30 and 13:30**_(Schedules can be arranged according to the availability of the interns in order to facilitate those who have a student job)_

**Job description**

**Main missions**:

- **UX Design**:

- Conduct user research to identify their needs and behaviors.
- Design intuitive and ergonomic user flows.
- Produce interactive wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
- **User Interface (UI) Design**:

- Guarantee visual consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
- To offer responsive designs adapted to different media (desktop, mobile, tablet).
- **User testing and optimization**:

- Plan and conduct user tests to gather feedback.
- Analyze the results and adjust designs accordingly to improve the user experience.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- **Technology watch and creativity**:

- Stay up to date on the latest trends in UX/UI design and digital tools.
- Propose creative and innovative ideas to improve the user experience.

**Technical skills**:

- Design tools: Expertise in Figma (essential), with knowledge of complementary tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch or Photoshop.
- Prototyping: Mastery of interactive prototyping tools.
- User research: Experience in building personas, user journeys, and user testing.
- Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and layout grids.
- Collaboration with developers: Knowledge of the basics of HTML/CSS for better collaboration.

**Qualities and skills required to apply**:

- Creativity and a strong aesthetic sense to produce attractive and functional designs.
- Rigor and attention to detail to ensure the quality of the deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills to present and justify design choices.
- Curiosity and ability to learn quickly to adapt to project needs.

**Profile sought**:
You have a Bac +3/5 in graphic design, UX/UI design or equivalent. You have significant experience (2 to 5 years) as a UI/UX Designer, with a proven mastery of Figma.
