**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather user and business requirements through interviews, feedback, and collaboration.
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes using **Figma**.
- Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for both **mobile (iOS/Android)** and **web platforms**.
- Work alongside developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma.
- Present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders or clients.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Expert in **Figma** (Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping, Component Libraries).
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user research, and human-centered design.
- Ability to take abstract requirements and turn them into functional user flows and interfaces.
- Familiarity with modern design trends, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Excellent communication skills for requirement gathering and stakeholder presentations.
- Experience working in agile or product-based teams is a plus.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS/JS is a plus (for developer collaboration).
- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or ERP-based platforms.
