We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for transforming complex ideas into intuitive and user-friendly designs. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions that enhance the user experience.

**Location**: Remote (India)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary Range(INR)**: 6 to 8 LPA

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the design of B2B or Enterprise products.
- Proficiency in Figma and FigJam or Miro.

**Additional Skills**
- Experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise would be a plus
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).
- Experience in Agile or Lean UX processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate into engaging user interfaces.
- Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to define user experiences.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate designs and improve usability.
- Create style guides, design systems, and components for consistent UI across the product.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and are optimized for responsiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
