We are seeking a passionate, talented and organized ‘Course Coordinator’ to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our diverse range of health-related courses, from initial planning to successful completion

**Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-course coordination**:
○ Assist course instructors in creating, developing and reviewing course materials such as syllabi, lectures, and assignments.

○ Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, IT) to ensure timely and effective promotion and registration of courses.

○ Create course materials, after co-ordinating with the faculties.

○ Building the course on the online platforms, from the content from the instructors.
- **Course delivery support**:
○ Provide administrative support to instructors during course delivery, including managing attendance, and facilitating communication with students.

○ Troubleshoot any technical or administrative issues that arise during the course.

○ Ensure effective communication between instructors, students, and the Viegyan Academy administration.

○ Conducting doubt clearing sessions for students related to healthcare topics.

○ Arranging and assisting practical online health coaching sessions for our clients and participants of the course.
- **Post-course follow-up**:
○ Collect and analyze student feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future course offerings.

○ Assist with issuing course completion certificates and other relevant documentation.

○ Maintain accurate records and data related to course schedules, enrollment, and feedback.

**Job Requirements
- Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduation in BAMS, BNYS, BHMS, or similar
- A health and fitness enthusiast who walks the talk.
- A minimum 1 year of experience(clinical or non-clinical) is required; But freshers with exceptional skill sets are also encouraged.
- Good English Speaking skills, along with proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam.
- Excellent communication, teaching, listening and convincing skills; Must be enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive in achieving goals.
- Strong negotiation skills, closing skills and diligent follow-up skills.
- Knowledge in Google Docs, Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
