Training Coordinator

One Team Solutions is looking for highly organized and motivated Training Coordinator to join our company. As the Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of training programs and courses.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Training Program Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with the Training Manager and instructional staff to develop comprehensive training schedules and curricula for various IT courses.

Organize and coordinate the logístical aspects of training programs, including venue booking, equipment setup, and resource allocation.

Facilitate the smooth implementation of training sessions, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are readily available.

Student Enrollment and Support:
Respond promptly to student inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing relevant information about training programs.

Training Delivery and Instructor Support:
Assist instructors in preparing and organizing their training sessions, ensuring a conducive learning environment.

Coordinate with instructors to schedule training sessions and ensure they have the necessary resources and materials for effective teaching.

Training Assessment and Feedback:
Collect and analyze feedback from students and instructors to identify areas of improvement in the training programs.

Training Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, assessments, and other training-related data.

Generate reports on training activities and student performance for management review.

Propose innovative ideas to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training operations.

Qualification : Degree/Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience in training coordination or education management.

Salary : As per company standards

Location :Kochi

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
